First, pre start preparation
A comprehensive examination
I should turn off the switch of the control panel before checking, and be careful not to short-circuit the output electrode of the battery.
II. Re-clean and check the engine room to ensure that there are no inflammable and explosive materials around the unit, to ensure that the air in and out of the engine room is smooth and unimpeded.
III. check and ensure that the electrical and control parts are properly connected, well contacted, reliable and aging free.
IV. check the reliability of the fastener and throttle regulation system, and confirm the flexibility, light and reliability of each control mechanism, and check the pretightening of the pump belt, the charger belt and the fan belt.
V. Clean the surface of the unit, especially the rotating part of the unit to ensure no foreign bodies, check to ensure that there is no leakage of coolant, fuel, oil.
(2) the oil level of the inspection machine
I. check to ensure that the oil level is between the highest and lowest marks, and as close as possible to the upper limit and not exceed.
Check the fuel level
I should note that in any case, unfiltered fuel should not be injected into the diesel engine.
Second, check the fuel quantity in the fuel tank and add the right fuel when necessary.
Third, when the unit first starts or stops for a long time to start again, check to ensure that there is no air in the fuel, such as the air, the air screw on the pine diesel filter, the injection of the oil pump oil from the manual oil pump to the deflated screw, exhaust air inside the fuel system, and then tighten the deflation screw.
Cooling level
First, check the coolant level, just under the cover of 5cm, ensure that the radiator is not blocked outside.
Check air filter
I, no diesel engine air filter is prohibited.
Second, check the air filter obstruction indicator, if the indicator is red, then replace the air cleaner.
Check the battery power
I. Close the power switch, check the battery voltage from the control panel, if less than 22V, can not meet the start-up requirements, it is necessary to charge the battery.
Speed control of governor
I, for the machine speed control unit, the control handle of the oil quantity of the mechanical governor should be placed in the position of the throttle around 800r/min, and the electronic speed regulating unit should not be adjusted.
Two. Start the diesel generator set
I, the unit is prohibited from carrying the start.
II. Press the start button. If the start is not successful, wait for about 20 seconds, then try again. If the 3 consecutive start is not successful, stop starting and remove the fault factors such as battery voltage or oil circuit and restart. Note that continuous startup in a system that does not work properly will cause unburned gases to accumulate in the exhaust system, potentially causing explosion hazards.
Thirdly, after the idle speed of the machine speed control unit is running for about 1 minutes after starting, the throttle is gradually increased to 1500r/min; the electronic speed control unit is not required to be adjusted.
IV. in order to start the unit in cold weather, preparations must be made. Use winter fuel (qualified brand) for local temperatures. This can reduce the risk of wax deposition in the fuel injection system. It is suggested that the preheating system (water jacket preheating, oil heating, and fuel heating) should be added at low ambient temperature, and the antifreeze should be added to the cooling system.
V, the battery must be in good condition. Low temperature will reduce the capacity of the battery. According to the actual situation, it may be necessary to increase the capacity of the battery.

Three. During the operation of the unit
I, check the control module oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency and so on, if there is an abnormal need to stop inspection immediately, after the failure to remove, can restart the unit again.
II. Check the leakage of oil, water, gas and exhaust system of the unit, check the connection of all parts of the unit without loosening and violent vibration, and check whether the various protection and monitoring units of the unit are normal.
Thirdly, when the speed reaches 1500r/min and the load is stable, the power supply can be closed to the load. The unit is not allowed to have more than half an hour or more than 30% load operation.
IV. No short circuit is allowed when the unit is running. If it will cause serious damage to the equipment, it is forbidden to disassemble any parts of the unit while the unit is running.
V, do not put your hands under the fan shield and any other parts that are relatively moving.
Don't try to touch the exhaust pipe, turbocharger, high-temperature coolant, heater and other high-temperature surface, there will be a risk of burning!
VII, check the output voltage and frequency from the control screen. The output voltage of the unit has been adjusted in the factory, so it should be indicated in normal range. For the machine speed control unit, the frequency should be close to 52Hz under the condition of empty load; for the electronic speed control or the electric jet speed control unit, the frequency is close to the 50Hz under the condition of empty load.
Keep the load of the unit not exceeding the rated value. Some models can run continuously for one hour at 110% rated power if necessary, but only after one hour at rated power.
Four. Shutdown of the unit
(1) the normal shutdown of the unit
I, stop: the automatic module control unit, with the hand hold down the stop key, can achieve normal stop; manual control unit, only need to turn the key to "STOP" position, and can also achieve normal shutdown.
II. The load must be unloaded before the shutdown, and the shutdown with load is strictly forbidden. In general, the unit must be operated without load for 3-5 minutes before shutdown.
III. when connecting or dismantling the load cable, the negative wiring of the battery must be shut down and removed.
An emergency shutdown of the unit
I. when the unit starts or runs, it will stop immediately when it produces abnormal sounds or odors.
II. When the engine oil pressure suddenly drops to the limit or no oil pressure, the fault light is red and must be shut down immediately.
3. The sudden increase of the water temperature of the unit exceeds the specified value. When the fault light is red, it must be shut down immediately.
IV, when the unit output voltage exceeds the maximum readings on the table.
V. when fire, electricity leakage or other natural disasters that may damage the safety of the units and operators.
At this point, press the rush button or push the fuel pump stop control handle quickly to the parking position. The unit will quickly cut off the load and turn off the throttle immediately, while the red "emergency stop" indicator lights up. If the button needs to be re screwed out, it is possible to remove the emergency stop signal. When the unit is in normal operation or is supplying power to the equipment, if no special emergency occurs, the user is advised not to carry out emergency shutdown operation at will.
(3) after the shutdown
I check whether there is leakage in the engine and the engine room.
Second, close the fuel valve.
III. If the unit is to be stopped for a period of time, turn off the main switch.
IV, long term downtime should be exhausted fuel and cooling water, according to the maintenance specification of the battery regularly charged.
V. when the ambient temperature is below 5 C, the unit must be well protected against freezing when the machine is shut down, so as to prevent the body and water tank from cracking.
