In addition to lubrication, fit clearance, parts manufacturing quality, improper use may also cause diesel generator cylinder failure, specifically the following:
1. the clearance between the piston and the cylinder liner is too small, or there is no good running in before the load is formally carried out.
2. poor lubrication, such as small clearance, thin oil or no oil during assembly.
3. the diesel engine is overheated.
4. in assembly, the body is not clean or the piston is too dead.

From the angle of use, we should also pay attention to avoiding the sudden increase of load or emergency stop. Before starting, it is best to shake the crankshaft with a few cycles to keep the friction surface a certain lubricating oil.
