In the cylinder of the diesel generator set, the clean air after the filter of the air filter is fully mixed with the high-pressure atomized diesel fuel ejected from the nozzle. Under the extrusion of the piston of the diesel generator set, the volume is reduced and the temperature rises rapidly to reach the ignition point of the diesel. The diesel is ignited, the mixture gas is burning fiercely, the volume expands rapidly, pushing the piston down, is called "do work". Each cylinder of the diesel generator set is done in sequence in a certain order. The thrust of the piston on the piston turns into the driving force of the crankshaft to drive the rotation of the crankshaft. Thus the diesel generator has completed a working cycle.
As one cycle after another, the diesel generating set runs continuously. The core of the diesel engine control is to regulate and stabilize the speed by controlling the fuel injection pump, which is generally divided into mechanical speed regulation and electronic speed regulation. The electronic governor uses a double closed loop control. The speed sensor is used to detect the engine speed of the diesel engine, and the detection result is converted into a proportional signal. The deviation signal is obtained by comparing it with the given standard speed signal. The signal is added to the position feedback signal of the diesel generator set, and the synthesized signal is used as the actuator action. The input signal is used to adjust the fuel supply by controlling the position of the gear rod of the fuel injection pump of the diesel generator set, so as to achieve the goal of speed regulation and speed stabilization. At present, foreign diesel engines also refer to advanced engine "electric spray" control technology, which have excellent performance in carrying characteristics, saving fuel and environmental emission, and reducing noise. The active power regulation of generating units is the regulation of diesel generator speed.
Diesel generating set is composed of internal combustion engine and synchronous generator. The maximum power of an internal combustion engine is rated as rated power by the mechanical load and heat load of parts. The rated power of the AC synchronous generator is the rated power of the diesel engine at the rated speed for a long period of continuous operation, usually the diesel engine unit. The output power rating and the rated output of the synchronous alternator are called matching ratios.
The diesel generator group is a type of AC power supply equipment in the own power station. It is a small and independent power generation equipment, which is powered by the internal combustion engine, and drives the synchronous generator to generate electricity. With the coaxial installation of the brushless synchronous alternator and the diesel engine crankshaft, the rotor of the generator can be driven by the rotation of the diesel generator set. By using the electromagnetic induction principle, the generator will output the induction electromotive force, and the current can be generated by the closed load loop.
As a small-scale power generation equipment, diesel generator set is based on diesel fuel, diesel engine as the prime mover to drive the generator to generate electricity. The whole unit is generally composed of diesel engine, generator, control box, fuel tank, starting and control battery, protection device, emergency cabinet and other components. Diesel generator set is a kind of non-continuous power generation equipment. If it runs continuously for more than 12 hours, its output power will be less than 90% of the rated power. If the user needs to use it for a long time, it needs to configure the common type generator, that is, the unit should take into account the drop of the power of the long working unit. The relationship between the common power and the spare power of the diesel generator set is: for example, the user needs the 100KW diesel generating set, and the standby power of the 100KW diesel generator is 100KW*110%=110KW. That's the spare. The common power of 100KW diesel generating set is 90KW.
