1. Starting of diesel generator set
1, do a good job before the start of the inspection, including the body, connectors, starting circuit, coolant, oil pump.
2, park the diesel engine which is not used for more than 5 days, and turn the crankshaft 3~5 turns before starting.
3, after inspecting the normal parts, the diesel engine can be started. If it fails to start within 12 seconds, it should immediately release the button and start the second second minutes later. If three consecutive times can not start, stop starting and find out the cause.
4. After starting at low temperature, the increase of rotation speed should be as slow as possible to ensure that the bearing is adequately lubricated and the oil pressure is stable.
Two. Use of diesel generator set
5. After normal starting, the diesel engine should be allowed to run at a speed of 750 r/min for 3-5 minutes without load, and to observe the normal operation of the diesel engine components.
6. When the engine speed is 1000 to 1500r/min, the water temperature is higher than 75 C, the oil temperature is higher than 50, and the oil pressure is higher than 0.25MPa, it is allowed to enter the full load operation.
7. To check the surface of the cooling system and all parts of the lubricating oil, if it is found that there is no specified requirement or loss of leakage, it should be immediately given or checked for reasons to be excluded.
8, in the process of operation, especially when the load is reduced, we should pay attention to prevent the sudden rise of the diesel engine speed because of the failure of the governor (commonly known as the flying car) exceeding the specified value. Once it appears, emergency stop measures should be taken quickly, and then the reasons are checked again.
Three. The parking of a diesel generator set
9, before parking, we should unload the load first, then adjust the control handle of the governor, gradually reduce the speed to about 750r/min, and then move the parking handle after 3 to 5min. When parking, do not stop the diesel engine as soon as possible under full load to prevent overheating.
10. In emergency or special circumstances, in order to avoid serious accidents of diesel engines can be taken to emergency parking, with the right hand to the "emergency parking handle" can be.
11, after parking, the key should be shifted from "left" to "middle" to prevent battery current from backstreaming.
12. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 C, the cooling liquid in the machine should be released to dry after operation, so as not to freeze the cooling liquid and cause freeze cracking of the parts concerned.
13, we should often use the diesel engine to stop the instantaneous monitoring of the turbocharger impeller and the shell between the rubbing sound, if there is rubbing sound, should immediately open the turbocharger to check whether the bearing clearance is normal.
Four. Maintenance and maintenance of diesel generator set
14, weekly routine maintenance work for diesel generating sets, mainly as follows: (1) check fuel tank fuel volume;
(2) check the oil flat in the oil pan;
(3) check the oil plane of the injection pump governor.
(4) check the situation of three leakage (water, oil and gas);
(5) check the installation of the various accessories of the diesel engine;
(6) check each instrument;
(7) check the drive connection plate of the injection pump;
(8) the appearance of the clean diesel engine and the auxiliary equipment.
15, weekly test run of diesel generating sets, and until the water and oil temperature reaches above 60 C.
16. Accumulative work of 100 hours or every other month, should do a good job of diesel generator set technical maintenance, mainly as follows: (1) check the battery voltage and electrolyte proportion;
(2) check the tensioning degree of the rubber belt.
(3) the crude oil filter net of the oil pump of the cleaning machine;
(4) cleaning air filter;
(5) cleaning the filter core in the ventilation tube;
(6) cleaning the fuel filter;
(7) cleaning the oil filter;
(8) clean the oil filter and intake pipe of turbocharger.
(9) change the oil in the oil sump.
(10) add lube oil or grease;
(11) clean the cooling water radiator.
17. Cumulative 500 hours or every six months, should do a good job of diesel generator set secondary technical maintenance, mainly as follows: (1) check the injector;
(2) check the injection pump;
(3) check valve clearance, injection advance angle;
(4) check the seal of the inlet and exhaust doors;
(5) check the water leakage of the pump;
(6) check the water sealing of the seal ring of the cylinder liner;
(7) check the injection plug on the cover plate of the transmission mechanism.
(8) check cooling water radiator and oil radiator, oil cooler;
(9) check the sturdiness of the main parts;
(10) inspection of electrical equipment;
(11) cleaning oil and fuel system pipeline;
(12) cleaning the water pipe of the cooling system;
(13) cleaning the gas and oil of the turbocharger.
18. The cumulative work of 1000-1500 hours or every other year, should do a good job of three-level technical maintenance of diesel generator set, mainly as follows: (1) check the cylinder head assembly;
(2) check the piston rod assembly;
(3) check the crankshaft components;
(4) check the transmission mechanism and the gas distribution phase;
(5) check the injector;
(6) check the injection pump;
(7) check the turbocharger;
(8) check the oil pump and the fresh water pump;
(9) check the cylinder head and the gasket of the inlet and exhaust pipe;
(10) check the charging generator and starting motor.
19. Use and maintenance of batteries for diesel generating sets: (1) new batteries should be injected with standard electrolyte before they are used. The liquid level of the electrolyte should be higher than the plate 10~15mm. The newly injected electrolyte is easily absorbed by the plate and should be replenished in time.
(2) Because the electrolyte is injected into the battery to generate heat, it is necessary to keep the battery for 6-8 hours and charge it when it is cooled to below 35 C. But after charging the electrolyte, the charging time can not exceed 24h.
(3) when charging, connect the positive and negative pole of the charging power supply according to the positive and negative pole number. When charging, the ventilation cover must be screwed, so that the gas generated by charging can escape smoothly.
(4) after discharging, the battery should be charged in the shortest time to avoid sulphuric acid.
(5) the battery has been recharged and kept unused, at least once a month.
(6) batteries should be kept clean regularly. Wash surfaces, ventilation holes and wire connectors on ventilation cover regularly.
Five. Points for attention of diesel generator set
20. The diesel generating set must be operated by professional electricians, and the non professional or non college electricians are not allowed to operate without permission.
21, the diesel engine must be unloaded.
22. Diesel generator oil should be CA grade and diesel should be 0. Different grades of oil can not be used in combination.
23. The normal range of diesel engine and generator instrument: diesel engine speed 1500~2000 r/min, water temperature 75 to 90 C, oil temperature higher than 50 ~ 70 C, oil pressure higher than 0.25 less than 0.35MPa; generator frequency more than 50Hz, voltage less than 400V, current less than 216.5A, COS < 120.
24. Under normal conditions, the triangular rubber belt can be pressed 10-20 mm, too tight will cause the bearing wear on the charged generator, fan and pump worse.
25. Instructions, technical maintenance materials and special tools for diesel generating sets must be properly kept by electricians and must not be lost.
