Unit B maintenance - oil and filter
1. change engine oil:
Turn off the engine and confirm that the oil temperature will be reduced to at least 60 C.
Open the oil refueling cover, unscrew the oil drain plug, open the oil to filter the white oil drain valve, operate the oil pump by the manual oil pump and discharge the oil in the oil bottom shell; after the pump is fully pumped out, the white drain valve is closed, the clean oil is blocked by the thread and the seal surface, the oil filling cover is installed and tightened, and the new oil is added, the oil is added, and the oil is added, and the oil is added, and the oil is added, through the oil, the oil is added, the oil is added, the oil is added, the oil is added, and the oil is added, through the oil, the oil is added, the oil is added, the oil is added, and the oil is added through the oil. 2. change the oil filter:
Use the oil filter wrench to unload the full flow of the bypass oil filter. If the filter failure analysis is not required, the changed oil filter can be processed according to the relevant local regulations.
Clean the sealing surface of the head of the oil filter with non fuzzing cloth.
3. change the oil filter:
Lubricate the rubber seal of the filter with oil, then supplement the oil filter with clean oil, and install the oil filter as required by the manufacturer.
4. replace the fuel filter:
Remove the fuel filter with a filter wrench.
Remove the sealing ring of the threaded joint, and then wipe the surface matching the gasket with a clean non-flannel cloth to remove any debris or dirt.
A new threaded joint sealing ring is installed on the new fuel filter. A fuel water separator or a fuel filter and a water separator must be assembled, and the filter is filled with clean fuel.
Install the filter, after the gasket touches the surface of the filter head, tighten 1/2 to 3/4 turns, open the fuel cut-off valve, check for leakage;
5. refer to the above oil filter and fuel filter replacement method to replace the water filter.
6. check generator air cleaner, clean or replace according to site condition.
Generator air filters should be checked regularly to determine the most suitable maintenance intervals.
