In the process of repair, if the processing is improper, the repair technical requirements are not reached, such as improper coordination clearance of each part, the lack of surface finish, and unclean cleaning during assembly, which will cause the failure of the unit in the process of use. The position precision of each part in the assembly process is also very important. If it fails to meet the requirements, it will cause additional stress, resulting in partial grinding and other adverse consequences, and accelerate the failure of the parts.
The establishment of a reasonable maintenance system and strict implementation of the technical maintenance and operation regulations of diesel generating sets are important conditions for ensuring the reliable work of the units and improving the service life of the units. In addition, training of maintenance personnel should be regularly carried out to improve their professional quality and level.
